Yesterday, the social media team behind the Dr. Breus Bed, which is produced by Comfort Solutions licensees, held a well-attended tweet-up [hashtag #sleepdiet] on how to sleep better, with a focus on the sleep environment.
This evening the Better Sleep Council, as part of its funny Stop Sleeping Around campaign, is hosting a “Twitter party” that’s attracting a lot of attention from mom bloggers and others. Attendees can win prizes and will get lots of tips on creating better sleep routines. If you’re still awake 9PM – 11PM ET today, tune in.
