Textile supplier AEC Narrow Fabrics has named Leonel Preza plant manager for its manufacturing facility in El Salvador.

We anticipate even better manufacturing efficiencies and excellent quality from our El Salvador plant with his engaged leadership.”
Preza has more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing management, the principles of lean manufacturing, as well as other quality, performance and growth initiatives. Most recently, Preza held a post in apparel manufacturing where he focused on continuous improvement through Kaizen events and was responsible for getting multiple facilities certified in ISO 9001:2008 quality management standards. Prior to that, he led an elastics manufacturing operation producing knitted and woven products, which included a full range of finishing, dyeing and printing processes.
