Boyd to showcase new Broyhill and Thomasville mattress collections

St. Louis-based mattress producer Boyd Specialty Sleep will unveil four mattress and sleep accessories collections under the Broyhill and Thomasville names, as well as complementary in-store and online marketing materials, at the Las Vegas Market July 29-Aug. 2. The new sleep product collections are backed by co-op advertising funds and digital marketing programs. Under its own brand, Boyd is introducing a range of specialty sleep items in its B-901 World Market Center showroom.

“Our main agenda in Las Vegas is to offer retailers for the first time an assortment of Broyhill- and Thomasville-branded sleep products,” said President Denny Boyd. “These introductions cover a spectrum of feels and price points, and in many cases were designed specifically to fill voids we saw in the marketplace. We’re very excited to launch our new program under such prominent home furnishings names.”

Among the Broyhill-branded offerings, is the seven-model Broyhill Sensura gel and memory foam collection, retailing from $399 to $1,499 in queen. The all-foam beds have Boyd’s patented FoamSpring Support base topped with combinations of memory foam and gel memory foam. The top bed has channel cut gel memory foam and a 27-inch wide band of solid gel across the lumbar section.

Sensura has coordinating top-of bed accessories, lighted headboards and graphic displays. Boyd will also offer Broyhill-branded pillows and gel memory foam toppers.

Boyd will present two latex collections, Thomasville Natural Flex Ultra collection and Thomasville Natural Flex Supreme series, which include pillows and toppers. The four-model Natural Flex Ultra line—expected to retail from $1,799 to $3,999 in queen—uses zoned, channel-vented Talalay latex with other foam layers. Thomasville Natural Flex Supreme retails from $999 to $1,599 in queen and is a four-bed line featuring Dunlop latex.

“The Ultra and Supreme lines address virtually every latex customer today and what they anticipate in quality, feel, look and pricing from the Thomasville brand,” Boyd said.

A new Thomasville Synchrony airbed collection will retail from $1,399 to $3,999 in queen. The seven-model series includes four two-chamber models and three beds with six-chamber cores—a patent-pending Boyd design. The beds have an LCD remote control allowing sleepers to program their comfort preferences.

Boyd will also extend its Responda Flex memory foam line and add to its decorative platform bed frame collection.
