Posturecraft opens for business at new Mississippi plant

Posturecraft Mattress Co., a mattress manufacturer in operation since 1988, held a grand opening at its new location in Plantersville, Miss., on Sept. 17. The 80,000-square-foot plant replaces the company’s Double Springs, Ala., facility that was destroyed by fire.

In addition to making a $3 million investment in site improvements and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, Posturecraft received incentives from the Mississippi Development Authority for facility improvements and workforce training.
