Laurie Tokarz
Restonic licensee Alliance Sleep Products Inc., with headquarters in Buffalo, New York, has named Laurie Tokarz as president. She joined the company in 2000 and, in her former role as executive vice president of sales, made significant contributions to the company’s sales, marketing and merchandising of the Restonic brand, a news release said.
“Laurie assuming a larger management role at ASP will provide me with more time to focus on long-term strategy,” said Tom Comer, Alliance Sleep chief executive officer. “As the face of the company, a dedicated brand ambassador, and as a customer advocate, Laurie’s commitment, passion and vision will undoubtedly guide us to new heights.”
Tokarz said, “I am honored by the confidence Tom has in my abilities, and tremendously excited about this new opportunity.”
She also serves on the Product Marketing Committee of the Restonic licensing group. The committee oversees brand integrity and develops product specifications, in-store displays and promotional materials.
