Wright Global Graphic Solutions, a supplier of marketing services and branding support to the home furnishings industry, with headquarters in Thomasville, North Carolina, has promoted veteran employee Kim Grubb to vice president of sales. Grubb is responsible for overseeing all sales efforts to the company’s mattress-industry market segment. She oversees a team of account executives, customer service associates, artists and project managers.

Grubb joined Wright in 1988 as an administrative assistant and rose through the ranks into sales and account management, eventually managing large teams and working closely with customers.

“Kim Grubb has been a part of the Wright family for over 25 years and has played an important role in our company’s growth,” said Don Wright, senior vice president of business development and chairman of the board. “This promotion is part of an aggressive campaign to bring more depth to our Joe Mulcahy sales team, allowing for greater delegation, enhanced client services and increased expertise that will ultimately produce a superior product unique to each customer. It also recognizes her wealth of knowledge and dedication to the bedding industry.

“We continue to see growth opportunities in the home furnishings industry—especially with the mattress manufacturers, Wright added. “More and more companies are looking for innovative branding solutions, such as top-of bed, mobile marketing, and interactive point of- purchase materials to promote product on a retail showroom floor.”
