Organic Mattresses Inc. Hires Alice Dixon as Customer Service Director

Bedding manufacturer Organic Mattresses Inc., headquartered in Yuba City, California, has appointed Alice Dixon as Customer Service Director, a newly created position.

Prior to joining OMI, maker of Organicpedic and Organicpedic Earth, Dixon was in charge of customer service, inside sales and accounts receivable for the former Sommex Bedding Corp.

Her bedding background also includes customer service and inside sales responsibilities with the former Natura World Inc. 

Dixon has worked in customer service and sales since 1998.

“She has formed and maintained great relationships with mattress retailers and consumers who trust her expertise,” said Walt Bader, founder and president of OMI. “Her experience establishing and growing relationships with retailers and consumers proves to us that she is an ideal candidate for our team to help grow our business.”
