Flexible polyurethane foam supplier Orsa Foam S.p.A., with headquarters in Gorla Minore, Italy, has appointed its first U.S.-based sales agent—Jeff Dellinger of J. Dellinger Co. LLC, who represents Orsa in the United States and Canada. Based in Blufton, South Carolina, Dellinger specializes in working with European suppliers to the U.S. textile and home furnishings industries.
Dellinger said he is well-versed in the logistics and regulatory aspects of European imports and will work to broaden Orsa’s business in North America. He also is assisting the Italian foamer with its U.S. brand image and marketing plans.

In addition to bedding, Dellinger said he will pursue opportunities for Orsa in upholstery and recreational products.
Dellinger has close to three decades of experience in sales and marketing of fibers, textiles, chemicals, home furnishings and foam. He is the exclusive North American agent for Fisipe Acrylic Fibers of Portugal. Prior to forming his own company in 2004, Dellinger was director of sales and marketing with Solutia Acrylic Fibers. He also held a number of management posts at a range of companies, beginning his career in fabricated foam sales with Barnhardt Mfg. Co.
Orsa supplies a range of branded polyurethane and viscoelastic foams, from slow-response Waterlily for extreme pressure relief to cooling i-Foam Thermo with phase-change material. Its newest launch is extreme open-cell Breeze foams.
