Unit and value growth is expected to continue over the forecast period. For 2016, the forecast shows a 3% increase in the value of mattress shipments and a 0.5% increase in units shipped. For 2017, the forecast shows a 6% increase in the value of mattress shipments and a 3.5% increase in units shipped. For 2018, the forecast shows a 5.5% increase in value of mattress shipments and 3% increase for mattress shipments.

The forecast also contains timely economic and market analyses provided by Jerry Epperson of Mann, Armistead & Epperson Ltd., and Ashraf Abdul Mohsen of Association Research Inc.
