Malouf was selected as a finalist by a panel of independent judges consisting of entrepreneurial leaders, investors and other prominent business executives. Now in its 31st year, the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program has expanded to recognize business leaders in more than 145 cities and more than 60 countries. The program honors entrepreneurs who achieve extraordinary business performance and demonstrate exemplary commitment to their businesses and communities.

“I’m honored and humbled to be considered for this award,” Malouf said. “I feel like much of the credit should go to my wife, Kacie, who was a huge part of the company’s founding and remains a big part of its continued success, and to the people who come to work every day with incredible dedication and enthusiasm.”

Award winners will be announced June 10 at a gala in Salt Lake City.
