Protect-A-Bed, a Chicago-based supplier of mattresses, protection products and sleep accessories, has promoted sales trainer Chris Taheny to sales manager for the Midwest region.
In his new role, Taheny is responsible for sales management and support throughout the Midwest.
Taheny, a four-year company veteran, was named Protect-A-Bed Trainer of the Year in his first year with the company.
“I’m really happy to announce Chris’ promotion,” said John Rachid, Protect-A-Bed president. “He’s put the customers at the center of everything he does. Many of the retailers he has worked with have gone out of their way to share praise and positive feedback on Chris’ efforts and the results he’s created.”
Commenting on his post, Taheny said: “I am looking forward to working with retail partners to develop accessories programs best suited to grow their retail baskets. I’m confident that our key programs will enhance the overall value of doing business together.”
