Luxury mattress producer E.S. Kluft & Co., with headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, California, has added two well-known mattress industry sales executives to its leadership team.
Brett Swygman has been named vice president of sales for the Central region, and Bill Visser is vice president of sales for the Western region.
Previously, Swygman worked for Serta Simmons Bedding LLC for 16 years, most recently as vice president of store success. He joined the company as a sales representative and served as a territory manager. He also was director of sales education and development, during which time he created the company’s sales training curriculum.
Visser previously was regional vice president of the Western United States and Canada for bedding supplier Boyd Sleep. Prior to that, he was regional vice president of sales for Simmons Bedding Co. In addition to his 21 years on the wholesale side of the bedding industry, Visser has 11 years of retail experience with RC Willey Furniture.
