Select Comfort celebrated the opening of 11 retail stores in January with visits from local professional athletes, donations to Ronald McDonald House Charities and other special events.

Grand opening events were held at new Select Comfort stores in Topanga Plaza in Canoga Park, Calif.; Colorado Mills in Lakewood, Colo.; Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg, Fla.; Seminole Town Center in Sanford, Fla.; College Mall in Bloomington, Ind.; Triangle Town Center in Raleigh N.C.; Grapevine Mills in Grapevine, Texas; Layton Hills Mall in Layton, Utah; Northgate Mall in Seattle; Vancouver Mall in Vancouver, Wash.; and Valley View Mall in La Crosse, Wis.
Select stores were visited by well–known Sleep Number bed owners, including women’s professional basketball player, Jackie Stiles, at Vancouver Mall; professional football players, Derek Ross at Grapevine Mills and Jermaine Phillips at Tyrone Square; and professional hockey player, Erik Rasmussen, at Topanga Plaza. In addition, special ribbon cutting ceremonies were held in conjunction with Sleep Number bed donations to local Ronald McDonald Houses in Orlando, Seattle and Salt Lake City.
