Bob Dunn, former vice president of sales and marketing for Spring Air in Carrollton, Texas has died. He was 58.
Dunn, a 30–year veteran of the bedding industry, had been battling colon cancer for 4 1/2 years. He died Sept. 2 at his home in Lantana, Texas. A teacher in his early career, Dunn spent the remainder of his professional life in sales, marketing and management positions in the mattress business, including 14 years with Spring Air.
He is survived by his wife, Barb; two sons, Dan and Mike; and two brothers. The family requests that memorials be made to Gilda’s Club of North Texas or the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
