Comfort Solutions, a licensing group based in Willowbrook, Ill., has promoted Ross M. Olinski to vice president of operations, a new position. His responsibilities include overseeing product development, flammability compliance and national purchasing. Olinski also manages the company’s research and testing facility, which is located at its headquarters.
Olinski reports to Mike Rakauskas, Comfort Solutions executive vice president and chief financial officer.
Olinski previously was general manager of manufacturing services. No replacement has been named for Olinski’s previous position, as that job has changed. Pete Baroni, a new hire from Spring Air Corp., handles the day–to–day operations at the research and testing facility and reports to Olinski.
