Verlo Mattress Factory Stores has promoted two of its corporate staff, Jennifer Roethe and Mike Juoni.
Roethe, who joined the Fort Atkinson, Wis.–based company in 2003, has been named director of franchise compliance and government regulations. She previously was franchise administrator. In the new role, she oversees compliance of systemwide requirements, acts as a consultant to the vice president and shareholders on legal matters and ensures that all of Verlo’s retail operations meet current government regulations.
Juoni has been named executive director of operations. Since 1997, he has served in many roles at Verlo, most recently as director of sales and retail operations. In his new position, Juoni manages the staff and daily functions of the corporate offices, as well as organizing and prioritizing corporate projects.
