Mattress licensing groups Eclipse International and Eastman House, both with headquarters in North Brunswick, N.J., have signed an exclusive agreement with Consul Holding, a new licensee based in Moscow. The Russian manufacturer is licensed to produce and market both bedding brands throughout Russia. Consul Holding, led by President Irina Egorova, was founded in 1926 as a garment manufacturer and expanded into mattress production in 1996. The company’s sleep–related product line includes mattresses and foundations, top–of–bed linens, bedroom furniture and sleepwear.
