NVC Logistics Group’s Eastern Regional Operations facility was recognized by a major home goods client for outstanding customer home delivery service. The Rockleigh, N.J.-based facility was presented with the Hub of the Month award in June for outstanding customer service and experience scores in home delivery.
“We’re extremely proud to receive this client award, especially since the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut region is arguably one of the most challenging delivery markets,” said Justin Naddeo, NVC director of operations. “With narrow city streets, high-rise buildings and numerous bridges and tunnels, it takes a veteran team to provide a quality delivery.”
NVC provides specialized transportation and delivery of high-value, oversized items to homes and businesses nationwide. NVC’s West Coast facility received a similar client service recognition award in March.
