Grouchiest days come midweek

Although Monday is often bemoaned as the most miserable day of the week, it’s not the most sleepless.

Prevention.com recently reported that BodyMedia, a Pittsburgh-based manufacturer of armbands that track people’s sleep and diet patterns, crunched the numbers from 100,000 users and found that adults get the least amount of shut-eye on Wednesdays and Thursdays—on average, a little more than six hours a night. The best night of the week for sleeping is Sunday.
