Top-of-bed supplier Sense of Nature Ltd., which specializes in silk-filled pillows, duvets, and mattress pads, is making its enhanced silk fiber available to other bedding producers.
The product, SilkFXInside, is natural silk fiber enhanced with proprietary nanotechnology that addresses “persistent problems such as allergies and overheating,” said the company, which has headquarters in St. Julians, Malta.
“After the positive feedback we received on SilkFX in our own products, we realized there was a huge opportunity to spread our discovery farther by making it available to other companies,” said Daniel Galle, Sense of Nature co-founder.
The silk fill can be used in everything from mattresses to pillows, a news release said.
