Gateway Systems Mattress Master Elite tape-edge machine

Gateway Systems is best known for the Mattress Master tape-edge machine it introduced in 1990.

Gateway’s signature product is the Mattress Master tape-edge machine, introduced in 1990. It combines a tape-edge sewing head with a belt table to speed up a difficult production task and make it more ergonomic, according to the company. The semi-automatic machine rotates the mattress for the operator and incorporates a flipping arm to turn the mattress over for sewing the second side.
