Every parent knows the challenge of waking up their children and getting them ready for school.
What are the most effective ways of getting kids to rise and shine? Feather & Black, a designer of children’s bedroom furniture in the United Kingdom, recently surveyed 2,000 parents for some insights:
* 41% said opening the curtains to let daylight in is the best way to wake up kids.
* 24% said they set an alarm.
* 24% use breakfast to get children up and moving.
* 7% confessed to using a splash of water and 4% admitted to bribing their children.
