Branding and marketing services supplier Wright Global Graphic Solutions, with headquarters in Thomasville, N.C., has promoted three employees to vice president as part of a restructuring of its sales operation. Kim Grubb, Lanny Jarrell and Lou Paige were each named vice president of sales.
Grubb is now responsible for oversight of the sales, customer service and project management teams, as well as the art department—in addition to handling existing key account duties. She has 25 years with the company and most recently was in charge of new business development. Grubb started at Wright as an administrative assistant and rapidly rose to account management.
Jarrell is responsible for leading the company’s home furnishings division and has 43 years with the company. Since 1974, he has been responsible new business development and managing key accounts in his division.
Paige is tasked with using his well-developed industry network to expand Wright’s domestic, Central and South American business. His background is in sales, marketing and merchandising for major mattress brands. Since joining Wright in 2009, he has handled high-profile accounts and overseen a large team.
“Our tremendous growth over the past few years has created a greater need for experienced executives who can strategically help grow our brand even further,” said Greg Wright, president and chief executive officer. “Kim, Lou and Lanny are all dedicated employees who have all been with us for many years. During their tenure, each of them has developed a wealth of knowledge specific to the home furnishings and bedding industries. This restructuring will bring more depth to our sales team, allowing for greater delegation, enhanced client services and vertical growth that will ultimately produce a superior product. These promotions are the first in a series of strategic moves that our company is making to implement our strategic growth plan.”
