Mattress Firm, a retail chain based in Houston, ranked No. 7 in Workplace Dynamics’ annual National Top 150 Workplaces survey. Workplace Dynamics surveyed more than 1 million employees from 872 companies and used employee responses to questions about their workplaces to calculate the scores.
Employees at Mattress Firm rated the company highly across all categories, saying they receive formal career training, their jobs meet or exceeded their expectations, they feel appreciated, they are paid well for their work and they are confident about their futures at the company.
