Larry Ausley
Mattress industry display supplier and branding specialist Colonial LLC has promoted Larry Ausley to senior vice president of finance and Jim Dunlap to senior vice president of operations. Both are new positions for the company, which has headquarters in High Point, N.C.
In his new post, Ausley oversees all financial aspects of the business, including accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance and banking. His previous title was controller for U.S. facilities. Ausley has been with Colonial for more than five years and has 30 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Jim Dunlap
Dunlap is responsible for Colonial’s expanded manufacturing services in the United States, which includes oversight of the company’s domestic facilities that provide finished product, component, subassembly and logistical support to Colonial customers. He has been with the company for four years and previously was vice president of manufacturing and vice president of operations. Dunlap is a certified industrial engineer and Six Sigma black belt.
“The promotions of J.D. and Larry are another reflection of the strong growth that we have been experiencing here at Colonial and the added complexity of their positions as we expand our manufacturing facilities, finance department and our client service teams,” said Jim Keever Sr., Colonial chairman and chief executive officer.
Ausley reports to Jim Keever Sr. Dunlap reports to Jimmy Keever, Colonial chief operating officer.
