Englander Midwest, a Chicago-based mattress manufacturer and Englander licensee, has hired Porter Hemingway as sales representative covering the state of Minnesota. He reports to Jeff Braun, Englander Midwest sales manager.
Hemingway is a bedding industry sales veteran who most recently covered a Midwestern sales territory for Symbol Mattress. Previously, he was with Omaha Bedding and the former Spring Air Co.
“We’re very pleased to announce Porter’s appointment and to have the opportunity to tap his decades of bedding sales experience in the state of Minnesota,” said Kevin Toman, president and chief executive officer of the Englander mattress licensing group, which has headquarters in Olive Branch, Miss.
