In April, sleep shop chain Mattress Firm expanded to the West Coast with the opening of three stores in Spokane, Wash.
“We are thrilled to announce Mattress Firm’s expansion to the West Coast,” said Steve Stagner, chief executive officer of the Houston-based retailer. “Our goal is to make the experience of shopping for a new mattress as simple and rewarding a process as possible, and with our unparalleled selection and knowledgeable staff, we will do just that.”
The three new 5,000-square-foot Mattress Firm stores floor 55 mattress models and use the retailer’s “Comfort by Color” store layout concept.
According to the retailer’s most recent financial results, it owns and operates 1,057 storefronts in the United States.
