Lim Bok Po
Mattress producer Pure LatexBLISS has appointed Lim Bok Po to the new post of sales director for the company’s evolving Asian operations. Po is responsible for overseeing new business development in mainland China, Hong Kong and Thailand.
Po is a sales veteran with more than 30 years of experience helping develop businesses in the region. Most recently, he managed Dunlopillo’s Chinese operations and helped Dunlopillo establish its retail store concept there. Prior to that, Po spent 12 years with rubber manufacturer Cabot Malaysia Sdn.
“By creating this position we are underscoring the strategic opportunity of exporting to Asia for Pure LatexBLISS,” said Kurt Ling, Pure LatexBLISS president. “In selecting Lim for this position, we wanted to find a seasoned sales executive first and foremost. Lim has a proven track record of cultivating sales and building brands in the Asian market and excellent relationships with retailers and distributors across the region. He will establish and grow Pure LatexBLISS as a brand in a very important market for us.
