Pillow and top-of-bed supplier Hollander Home Fashions, with headquarters in Boca Raton, Fla., plans to acquire the retail soft goods business of employee-owned Louisville Bedding in Louisville, Ky. The deal is subject to approval by Louisville shareholders.
According to news sources, the purchase would include two manufacturing plants in Kentucky and one in Canada. The sale does not include Louisville’s contract bedding unit.
