CPSC makes personnel changes

Ray Aragon has been appointed director of compliance and field operations for the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Previously, Aragon was an attorney with the law firm McKenna Long & Aldridge, where he represented clients before the CPSC.

In another personnel move, Elliot Kaye, who previously served as an adviser to CPSC Chairwoman Inez Tenenbaum, has been appointed CPSC chief of staff, replacing Matt Howsare.
