Fabric supplier Culp Inc. has been named Employer of the Year by World Relief, a faith-based international relief and development organization with headquarters in Baltimore. The award was announced at World Relief’s fourth annual Employer Appreciation Event in May. Culp was selected for the award because of the opportunities it has made available to 15 World Relief refugees who work in the company’s mattress fabric manufacturing facilities in High Point, N.C.
