In May, mattress major Sealy Inc. kicked off a monthly mattress giveaway at its
Facebook page as part of a campaign to broaden its conversation with consumers in
social media.
The Trinity, N.C.-based company said it is focusing on posting original content with a focus on sharing with its more than 375,000 Facebook fans special offers and sneak previews, as well as offering a range of other content—from bedroom music playlists to reviews of movies, bedding and hotels.
