The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued its annual report for fiscal year 2012. This report lists all CPSC enforcement actions taken during the year to address products that violate the law.
For mattresses, the report shows that the CPSC took 53 mattress flammability-related actions, including eight recalls, 10 stop-sale orders and three U.S. Customs seizures.
