PureCare by Fabrictech, a supplier of mattress and pillow protection products based in Fairfield, N.J., has signed an exclusive, multiyear distributor arrangement with Zucora Inc. of London, Ontario. The company will represent both PureCare and Fabrictech International lines of mattress protectors, pillows and mattress toppers throughout Canada.
“Canadian retailers have already begun to discover the innovative and unique features of PureCare sleep essentials products,” said Jeff Bergman, Fabrictech president and chief operating officer. “By partnering with a company like Zucora, we anticipate continuing our rapid growth throughout the Canadian market with extraordinary benefits for Canadian retailers and consumers alike.”
Of the deal, Zucora President Brad Geddes said, “We are excited to be joining the PureCare by Fabrictech team and we look forward to expanding the PureCare brand throughout Canada, offering our customers enhanced retail services and support. With this agreement, Fabrictech continues its global outreach. Last year, the company signed a licensing agreement with Multimaster Australia Pty. Ltd. to cover Australia and New Zealand.
