Northstar Recycling cited as a ‘best place to work’

Northstar Recycling, a recycling solutions provider based in East Longmeadow, Mass., was named a “best place to work” by trade publication Waste & Recycling News. The company was ranked No. 2 in the list for offering employees a comprehensive benefits package, as well as special perks—such as skiing trips, theater tickets and weekly company lunches.

“In our experience, a happy, healthy staff is more productive and more likely to stick with us for the long haul,” said Seth Goodman, Northstar Recycling president. ”And let’s face it, life’s a lot better when you have a fun place to get up and go to every day. It’s nice to be recognized by Waste & Recycling News and to be in the company of the other great organizations on the list.”
