ITC to review innerspring antidumping duty

The International Trade Commission has announced it will conduct a five-year “sunset” review of the antidumping duty orders on uncovered innerspring units from China, South Africa, and Vietnam. The commission will decide whether revoking these orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the U.S. innerspring industry. These antidumping duty orders went into effect in late 2008 and early 2009.

Interested parties have until December 2, 2013 to provide information to the ITC regarding this review.
