Restonic, a mattress licensing group with headquarters in Buffalo, N.Y., has added a consumer-facing blog to its website, authored by Ron Passaglia, president and chief executive officer, and Julia Rosien, Restonic brand engineer. The blog is designed to increase site traffic, drive purchases and educate consumers about sleep. Initial posts cover a range of topics, including mattress-shopping tips, getting better sleep during the holidays and an exploration of what the company’s Facebook fans love—and hate about their mattresses.
“We know that consumers purchase based on trust and that blogs are instrumental in helping convert trust to action,” Passaglia said. “With the launch of our blog, we’re supporting our customers’ digital dreams by offering an equal balance of inspiration and information—infotainment.”
