New NBF logo

The National Bed Federation, a U.K.-based trade organization representing manufacturers of beds and their suppliers, has a new look for 2014. New branding is accompanied by a redesigned NBF website, and comes at the same time the organization is launching a “Code of Practice,” designed to encourage good practices in the industry and reassure retailers and consumers that they can buy “NBF Approved” beds with confidence, a news release stated.

“The redesigned NBF logo is modern yet maintains the integrity of key elements within its original logo such as the wave and the color palette,” said Jessica Alexander, executive director for the NBF. “It plays an important role in sitting alongside the approved member logos to create and strengthen a uniform brand. The new website is much clearer and concise but more importantly, bearing in mind today’s users, it’s tablet and mobile phone friendly. As well as offering all the information on who we are, what we do and a list of all our members, there’s lots of useful advice on the Code of Practice, flammability, plus a product finder that is much easier to use. We will, of course, be developing the site and adding new information on a regular basis.”
