Ron Leong
Adjustable base and specialty sleep producer Reverie, with headquarters in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., has hired Ron Leong as vice president of operations. Leong is responsible for overseeing quality assurance, procurement, warehousing and distribution, customer service and North American manufacturing. He reports to Martin Rawls-Meehan, Reverie president and chief executive officer.
Previously, Leong, a mechanical engineer, was vice president of sales and marketing at Innovative Health Services of America. Prior to that, he served as chief operating officer of ATSI Engineering Services, where he led a team of professional engineers, technicians and designers. Leong also spent 20 years in a range of sales and operations management posts at Delphi Corp.
“We are very excited to add Ron to our executive team,” Rawls-Meehan said. “In addition to bringing a wealth of operations experience to our team, his exposure to sales throughout his career is another major asset for us, particularly his work with innovative products. This is a critical combination for us as we continue to expand our U.S. manufacturing capabilities.”
