Seattle-based sleep shop chain Sleep Country USA was named a “Best Place to Work in Idaho” by the Idaho Business Review and Populus, a Boise, Idaho-based marketing and human resources consulting firm. The award is based on employee evaluations of a number of company criteria, including compensation and benefits, employee growth and development, work/life balance, workplace environment and company management.
Sleep Country USA said it offers “above and beyond” employee benefits, such as its Employee Stock Ownership Plan; a comprehensive, three-week training program to ensure new employees are successful on the job; and opportunities for community involvement through its Foster Kids program.
