Spring Time Bedding moves into larger facility

Spring Time Bedding logoMattress manufacturer Spring Time Bedding has relocated from South Hackensack, New Jersey, to nearby Teterboro, New Jersey.

The company said it signed a long-term lease on a 120,000-square-foot plant—60% larger than its former facility—allowing it to manufacture up to 5,000 mattresses per day, with the help of two new quilting machines. The new headquarters houses 150 staff working in production, sales and marketing, and operations. The building complex has 16 loading docks and 11 shipping docks.

“Spring Time has seen tremendous growth over the last several years,” said Isaac Jacobovitz, Spring Time chief executive officer. “We are consistently opening more accounts and continue to introduce a larger portfolio of products. In order to meet our full potential, we realized that we didn’t have enough space in the South Hackensack facility and started looking for new property. We’ve added equipment which increases our efficiency and production capabilities to better serve our existing and new customers.”
