Textile supplier Culp Inc. has promoted Pat Rosser to vice president of operations for Culp Home Fashions, and hired Joe Gneiser to fill Rosser’s previous role as director of operations.
Rosser is responsible for overseeing global production schedules, logistics, organizational development and process review. He joined the company in 2011 as operations coordinator.
Gneiser is responsible for all aspects of operations, as well as overseeing customer service, shipping and receiving. Most recently, he was manager of global customer service and operations at Baker Furniture. Prior to that, he was director of customer service operations at Furnitureland South. He is a U.S. Army veteran and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
