Reverie, a manufacturer of adjustable bases, mattresses and pillows, has hired Jennifer Shepard to the new position training and development manager. She is responsible for using adult-learning technologies to build comprehensive, internal- and customer-training programs for the Bloomfield Hills, Michigan-based company.

Shepard brings more than seven years of experience to Reverie. Most recently, she was training and development leader for a division of Ford Motor Co., where she oversaw leadership-training and personal-development programs for employees. Prior to that, she was learning and development coordinator with nonprofit Frontier Science.

“Jennifer has a great track record in training across many different platforms and programs, which makes her uniquely qualified for this new role,” said Raymond Totaro, Reverie vice president of sales. “We are very excited about the opportunities she will have to work with our retailers to provide better training and support for RSAs working with our products. With her passion for team building, training design and delivery, and project management and workshop development, we are confident in Jennifer’s ability to produce quality results.”
