Mattress manufacturer Paramount Sleep, with headquarters in Norfolk, Virginia, has hired Jackie Fair as brand manager for its Hypnos line. The company recently signed an exclusive licensing agreement to manufacture the ultra-premium U.K. mattress brand for the U.S. market.
Previously, Fair spent six years with Adidas America Inc., where she most recently served as senior operations manager with responsibility for new store openings and store operations. As the Hypnos brand manager, Fair is responsible for managing the Hypnos brand in the U.S. marketplace, working closely with Hypnos headquarters, and focusing on domestic merchandising and marketing strategy.
“We conducted an extensive and lengthy search to find the perfect candidate,” said Richard Fleck, Paramount president. “Jackie’s operations expertise and retail merchandising experience give her the right skills to successfully introduce the Hypnos brand to the U.S. market.”
Fair reports to Fleck.
