Enso Sleep Systems—Asheboro, North Carolina-based Enso Sleep Systems, a Klaussner Home Furnishings mattress brand, put the spotlight on five new shippable En-Motion by Enso power bases with German motors, starting at $599. The company also unveiled two hybrid PureGel Plus beds (pictured) with poured TSC (Total Surface Coverage) gel over memory foam and wrapped coils—with a strong airflow story. The two new beds retail for $799 and $999.

Customatic Adjustable Bedz—In addition to opening a solo showroom, which featured multiple product vignettes and “Build a Base” workstations for retailers, adjustable-base maker Customatic Adjustable Bedz launched a foot-drop, chaise-lounge feature now available on all deck-on-deck bases. Also on display from the Phoenix, Arizona-based company was the Spree (pictured), a versatile and unique cushioned lounger that is both standalone furniture and bed base. The Spree retails for about $799 in twin XL and $999 in queen.

E.S. Kluft & Co., based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, unveiled the Aireloom Nautical collection (pictured, with Chief Executive Officer Earl Kluft); eight beds retailing from $2,499 to $3,999 are dressed in seaworthy blue-and-white borders of crisp 100% cotton. Other high-end components of the outer-tufted beds include a wrapped-coil core topped with Celsion Talalay latex, premium foams, silk and wool fibers, and a luxurious, “ultra-conforming knit” panel with Tencel yarns.

Protect-A-Bed—Chicago-based Protect-A-Bed expanded the REM-Fit active lifestyle bedding line, which includes three segments—Rest, Energize and Motivate. Rest includes “hybrid, adjustable pillows” (priced from $119 to $189) in three series with a range of health benefits from allergen and dust-mite protection to “temperature control.” Energize offers an array of mattress protectors priced from $49 to $149 in a four-level, step-up program. And Motivate is a sleep-and-activity wristband tracker ($119) that operates via an app for smart devices. REM-Fit mattress protectors, adjustable pillows and accompanying fitness tool are designed to “help active individuals recover from exercise to reach their fitness goals and improve wellbeing,” the company said.

Revive Sleep—New specialty brand Revive Sleep showcased an 11-bed lineup, featuring its patented ReviveGel 3D “waffled conforming gel” and patented semi-solid ReviveGel Fusion. The High Point, North Carolina-based mattress maker uses its gels in combination with high-end foams and Talalay latex over polyurethane Ultracel base foam.
