Sleep accessories maker Malouf has been recognized as one of the top three trademark registrants in Utah by Utah Genius. The 2015 awards ceremony was held May 6 in Salt Lake City. Utah Genius recognizes individuals and companies whose innovative work strengthens the state’s economy.
In 2014, the Logan, Utah-based company obtained a range of intellectual property rights for its brands, products and technologies.
“We are committed to developing individualized sleep solutions,” said Preston Frischknecht, Malouf general counsel. “This award is special because it not only reflects this commitment, but because it also recognizes the efforts we make to protect brand and product integrity for our customers.”
