SureFit launches FormFit mattress pads

SureFit’s new mattress pads feature nonslip FormFit technology.

Sure Fit Inc., a New York-based maker of furniture slipcovers and other protection products, has unveiled a new line of mattress pads and protectors.

“Since our founding over 100 years ago, Sure Fit has prided itself on making easily installed covers that fit your furniture. Now we are taking our leadership of the market in a new direction, focusing on fashion-forward looks that relate to a wider audience,” said Marc Navarre, president and chief executive officer of Sure Fit’s parent company Focus Products Group International LLC. “Not only are we revolutionizing the slipcover industry and bringing a beautiful product to market, we are extending the technology to a complete line of state-of-the-art mattress pads.”

Sure Fit’s new collection of mattress pads features a patented technology called FormFit: A nonslip elastic band keeps the mattress pad firmly tucked in place. Diamond-pattern quilting with plush hypoallergenic fill provides added comfort. All products are machine-washable, fit mattresses up to 18 inches deep and retail from $69 to $109.

The line includes the 2-in-1 Comfort Reversible pad, which has moisture-wicking fabric on one side and deep-pile plush on the other. The FormFit Memory Foam pad offers “shape-conforming comfort and support” while perforations in the foam provide enhanced air circulation. The Waterproof pad has a quiet thermoplastic polyurethane backing that prevents rustling sounds when sleepers move. Finally, the Breathable FormFit pad is specifically designed to cover memory foam mattresses while helping with temperature regulation.

Founded in 1914, Sure Fit is a brand of Focus Products Group International LLC, a supplier of consumer and professional housewares and electric products for the retail and hospitality sectors.
