Innocor Bolsters Executive Team

Innocor Inc., a supplier of flexible polyurethane foam and manufacturer of finished foam products, has added three to its executive team. Nitin Chadda is executive vice president of product management and innovation, Sandra Oliszewicz was named general counsel and Mary Anne Spencer was hired as vice president of human resources.

Chadda has responsibility for directing product management, development and consumer marketing.

He joined the West Long Branch, New Jersey-based company with more than 15 years in related roles and, most recently, was director of global business development with Dow Chemical. While with Dow, he managed the building and construction product portfolio and led business strategy for the sector. He holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Oliszewicz is responsible for strategic planning and manages all company legal activities. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, regulatory and compliance issues, employment law, patents and more.

Previously, she was general counsel and corporate secretary with Harlan Laboratories Inc., where she served on the management committee and headed the legal department. Prior to that, she spent 17 years with Baxter International as senior legal counsel.

Spencer also has responsibility for strategic planning, as well as the management and coordination of all human resources functions.

Most recently, Spencer was director of corporate human resources and global compensation for Ashland Inc. While there, she earned the company’s Women’s International Network Business Impact Award. Prior to that, Spencer spent eight years with International Specialty Products as vice president of human resources.

Sun Capital Partners established Innocor in 2014, when it merged the former supplier Flexible Foam Products Inc. with specialty sleep brand Sleep Innovations.

“In the year since the rebranding, our focus remains on continuing the company’s rich history of research-based innovation on the foam manufacturing side as Innocor Foam Technologies, and the consumer comfort product side as Innocor Comfort,” said Carol Eicher, Innocor president and chief executive officer. “I am excited to now have a world-class team in place to further Innocor’s leadership position in the industry.”
