Therapedic Donates to Shelter for Abused Women & Children

Therapedic international donated mattress, like the one above, to the Shelter for Abused Women & Children in January.

Mattress licensing group Therapedic International, headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, and Custom Fundraising Solutions, headquartered in Westlake, Ohio, have donated 11 queen mattress sets to the Shelter for Abused Women & Children in Naples, Florida.

The donation was made Jan. 7, at the end of a sales meeting between Therapedic and CFS. “We never had a vendor do anything this nice or generous before,” said CFS president Joe Matejka. “The women and children of the Shelter will be sleeping more comfortably tonight.” CFS was founded in 2005 and regularly hosts mattress fundraisers, in which bedding products are sold and the proceeds given to charity. Over the years the company has helped raise $15 million.
