Piedmont is a five-year-old company with significant overseas business and includes manufacturing majors among its customers, said John Repucci, Piedmont international sales manager.
“We offer the worldwide mattress industry quality rebuilt sewing systems to fit budget and production requirements,” Repucci said. “Products include multineedle quilters, flange machines, pillow-top sewing systems, tape-edge sewing heads and systems, and mattress-wrapping systems.”

In addition to reselling used equipment that has been refurbished or repaired onsite at its Asheboro facility, Piedmont also specializes in facilitating used-machinery transactions around the world.
The company also is a repairs and service provider, employing a team of skilled technicians that travel to customers’ plants.
IDM manufacturers a broad range of testing equipment for a number of industry sectors, including mattresses and polyurethane foam. Its products include everything from mattress rollators to handheld foam porosity testers.
